Join us at Deschutes Brewery for Zwickelmania! Guests are invited to take a free, self-guided brewery tour and enjoy samples of our award-winning damn tasty beers, non-alcoholic brews, and our latest flavored malt beverages.

Join us for brewery tours only offered once a year for Zwickelmania, meet our brewers, sample from the tanks, try our special releases and vintages, and stay for tasty food specials from our scratch kitchen. Tour tickets are available on a first come, first served basis the day of Zwickelmania.

We will have the brewery open and staged with a brewer for short tours all day with small bites and Zwickel samples. Every attendee will receive a complimentary glass.

Alongside brewery tours and free zwickel tastings, we’re turning things up with live music in the Barrel Room all afternoon long. And come hungry—Flying Fish is rolling in with oysters on the half shell, baked oysters, Moqueca (Brazilian fish stew), fish & chips, salmon croquettes, and a killer Caesar salad.

We plan on offering food + pint specials with our food partners at Salvi PDX. We are a gluten-free brewery so our brewery tour includes educational points about the ways our brewing process is the same and in what ways it differents from traditional beers made with barley, wheat and rye. Our brewery tour includes samples from the zwickel and samples of the same beer as finished product. Our head brewer, Gloria Zeiger, gives the brewery tour and answers questions. When exiting the brewery tour we have a board that people can walk up to and vote on ideas for an upcoming seasonal beer or sometimes on the name of an upcoming beer. Anyone who purchases a 12oz or 16oz pour will be entered into a once per hour prize drawing!

We will be celebrating our 16th Anniversary with collaborations on draft and package with Upright Brewing and Threshold Brewing. We will have a variety of libraried beers and special nitro offerings. Additionally, there will be tours, meet the brewer, and Zwickel samples!

We're bringing a bit of Vermont to Oregon. We'll be releasing our new year-round Burlington Hazy IPA in cans and on draft. There will be a maple sugar primed cask of Burlington on the hand pump. We'll also have a taste of Vermont with maple bars from Richard's Donuts for the early birds, as well as Vermont cheddar and meat stick snacks throughout the day. We'll be doing ice cream float "shots" made with Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice cream and our award-winning barrel aged chocolate ice cream stout. Lastly, we'll feature the music of Burlington's finest - Phish - throughout the day.
